I'm my fathers son

Trip to Utah

Jaxson and Mom went for a visit to Grandma and Grandpa's house in Utah. While there we saw Tyson's baby pictures for the first time. You might be thinking that this picture is of Jaxson, but you'd be wrong. This is a picture of his daddy. I knew Jaxson looked like Tyson and in fact I'd call him Minnie Me, but I never expected their baby pictures to nearly be the same. I honestly don't know if I'd be able to tell them apart. Jaxson has the long fingers, lips, eyes, nose, head, chubby cheeks, stature, and facial expressions.

I love that he looks so much like his daddy. Since we've been gone, as I started to miss Tyson all I'd do was look at Jaxson and then I didn't miss Tyson so much. Both my boys are oh so cute!!!

Sleeping Giant

Jaxson was so spoiled on Sunday. He was held all day and slept in family and friends arms. I just hope he didn't get too used to it. We'll soon find out. Posted by Picasa

Getting SO BIG!!!

Last week I weighed Jaxson and he is already up to 10 pounds. I can't believe how big he has gotten and how much he has changed.

My nephew Ethan tried wearing and walking in my high heels. He struggled, but it was sure fun to watch. Aunt DeDe tried to help, but Ethan still struggled. I guess that's okay since I don't plan on seeing him in heels again.

Dinner at Hero's

The Brodericks went to dinner at Hero's in Claremont. Posted by Picasa

Grandma Becky came early to help take care of Jaxson. Her help was wonderful. She would get up early in the morning when Jaxson thought it was okay to get up at 2 a.m. She said she wouldn't mind. Posted by Picasa

Jaxson's Blessing

Most of my family was able to come home for Jaxson's blessing. It was great to get together. One of my older sisters, her husband, and four boys came in from Idaho. Robbie, DeDe, and Matt came home too. We had a great time. Posted by Picasa
