Tyson and I finally made time for ourselves and went to the movies. We went with the Bartlett's and some of their friends. We went and saw Juno. I really liked it. I was laughing really hard at times. Of course, since it is about a pregnant women and child birth, Mary and I found ourselves crying as well. Great range of emotions. I would recommend seeing it; although, there were a couple of comments or statements I could have lived without. If you've already seen it, what did you think about it?

Lookn' good!
I can't believe that it has already been five months.
I'm sure feeling it though. I went to the doctor this week
and the babies are still growing at normal pace which will make
them about 6 or 7 pounds if all goes well.
Even though I feel mighty big, two women from church just today told me
that they didn't even know I was pregnant let alone pregnant with twins.
That made me feel really good. However I'm starting to get big quick.

I'm a little slow
I'm such a nerd.
I could end right there, but no one would know why. When I go to my blog I don't look to see that I have comments. I just read all my comments that have been left throughout my blog. Thank you for your comments and thus I'm a nerd. Have a great week.

One of Each
Last week we had our ultra sound, and we are thrilled to announce that we are having a boy and a girl. However, there is still a 20% chance that the girl could turn out to be a boy. We should know more definitively at our next appointment which is at the beginning of February. The doctor was pretty confident, but due to a miss diagnosis and a women crying for three days, he leaves room for the alternative.
The babies both look very healthy and the doctor says there are not signs of down syndrome. However, he did request in February that we have EKG's done on both the babies hearts to make sure all is well. He said it is routine and that we shouldn't worry, so we have not given it a second thought.
We also found out that both babies are weighing in at the same weight and length of a singleton baby. Meaning if a singleton baby at 4 months is 8 inches long and 10 oz, then both our babies are measuring that same size. Basically I'm going to be very large if this is kept up. This is actually really good especially if they are born early. They seem to be a very active and once again as they get bigger my tummy is going to look like a boxing match is taking place.
For the most part I feel good, but I can already tell what should be easy tasks are getting more difficult then they should. Playing with Jaxson on the floor is great, but after a while of playing it's difficult to get up. Standing and cooking then doing the dishes or giving Jaxson a bath is to much at the end of the day. Tyson is being a trooper and helping out a ton. He is currently taking two classes which is taking him away a lot and ward basketball has just begun, so we know what that means.
We are trying to teach Jaxson that mommy has a baby in my belly and we think he might be getting it finally. The other day at grandma and grandpa's he saw a baby on TV and my mom said baby. Jaxson looked at my mom and lifted up his shirt, pointed to his belly, and said baby. My mom thought it could be a fluke, but later on that day he performed the same thing for my dad. My mom said it was so cute. Just for the record, I do NOT lift up my shirt and show Jaxson my belly to demonstrate "baby."
